Fantastic Getaway!

sparkling pools soft sand convenient restaurants

The pools were sparkling clean, and I really enjoyed swimming in them. The beach was quiet and had soft sand. I spent hours relaxing there. I especially liked the proximity to several restaurants nearby. It was so convenient! We'll definitely be back next year!!!

The shower pressure was weak. It was a bit frustrating.

great location short walk

my room had a great location near both the pool and the lagoon. the grounds were kept lovely and i even saw stingrays in the canal. the beach was a short walk away and felt private.

the hotel wanted to absolve themselves of all responsibility saying the harasser is from the security company, so not associated to them.

pam at the front desk was cute when i arrived. taj offered an orientation to the hotel and room drop-off. the breakfast restaurant had attentive staff and great service. the conch shack team was fun.

the room had minor wear.

excellent orientation front desk handy kitchenette

pam at the front desk greated me warmly. taj provided an excellent orientation to the hotel and then dropped me off at my room. the rooms were clean and well-equipped with a fridge and a microwave.
